Every Year season ticket holders and business executives have the chance to go to the ESA to a meet and greet with the players. Jimmy's Company has executive seats and got four tickets to the event last night. He brought Scotty Mack, Myself and one of his other friends Taylor (big Jazz fan). Another one of my good friends Ryan told me that in order  to get all the players autographs you have to go to maybe two or three of these events because the lines are so long and sometimes all the players don't attend the event. So it is more of a collaboration of sorts. Anyway Scotty and Taylor were planning on meeting  Jimmy and I in Salt Lake, and of course Jimmy's CEO came into his office  and pulled an Office Space on Him.  Party started at 6 we left American Fork at 5:30 with traffic and Jimmy's Eagle Scout driving, I knew that there was no way we would make it on time. I started panicking right around the point of the mountain because Scotty and Taylor kept texting "there are a lot of people with Fanzz bags" and "when are you going to get here". I was starting to get a little stressed  that we might not make in time to get the Deron William's Autograph. Then out of the blue Jimmy had an Epiphany or a Jazziphany, Yup, the only once recorded Jazziphany, and looked at me with the fabled "Eye of the Jazz" which is very similar to the "Eye of the Jew" but instead of the Star of David in his eye, it twinkled with the Utah Jazz note. He started weaving in and out of traffic including the HOV lane and we made it to the ESA at 6:04. Unbelievable. Simply unbelievable. The Utah Jazz furnished lite snacks and sodas and then kind off pushed everyone into a few lower bowl sections and forced us to listen to the Corporate Alliance Founder. He  had a few good things to say but went way over the top on some business analogies. Bees and Mosquitoes Pollinators and Leaches and so on. Anyway the arena was mapped out with Different players at different portals both on the main level and the mezzanine level upstairs. Here is how it looked. I decided to video tape the whole event for those who live out of state to get an idea of what sort of things happen here locally for Jazz fans. Be warned there are some closeups of my beard and the video is shaky at times because I am trying to speedwalk to the next location, minus Mr. T and the Snicker Gun. Needless to say, last night's adventure could be put into the Jazzgasm category. D-Will Jersey that I'm going to frame for my office. DSC_0209
