BREAKING NEWS:
Deron Williams has been excused by the Utah Jazz to leave Philadelphia and fly back to SLC for personal reasons. It is unclear at this time why he has cut his road trip short and it is also unclear if he will be rejoining the team in Cleveland for tomorrow nights game. Deron Williams had made a few ripples in the Jazz's pond over the last 24 hours with his tweet, questioning the effort and the need for change. We have been told that his leaving has nothing to do with his displeasure with the team.
With this developing story comes another important note. The Utah Jazz's back up point guard Ronnie Price is also out tonight, which means Eric Maynor will get his first official NBA start.
As soon as we get an update on the current situation we will add to this post, stay tuned!
