Deron Williams dominated the Mavs and went "Creesy" on them. Inside and outside he pretty much did whatever he wanted all night. There was a 2 minute period in the third quarter that you could physically see that he was tired but, he played incredible.
Here is the stat line for the starting five for the Utah Jazz, Ronnie Brewer 17 and 8, Paul Millsap 14 and 10, Mehmet Okur 16 and 13, Kyle Korver 20 and 9 and Deron Williams had 34 and 12. Simply amazing.
We outscored the Mavs 37-19 in the third quarter. With about 3 minutes left in the quarter, Deron and Kyle combined to hit four straight threes and Millsap finished the whooping with a half court alley-oop from Deron.

I realize that he Mavs were coming of a back to back but the Jazz defense was really good last night especially on Dirk. The Jazz gave him multiple looks including Millsap,Okur,Deron on the Double, Kyle on the weak side, Harpring getting physical and last but not least Collins banging him.
Speaking of Collins, he has played more minutes in the past two games than he has in the previous three months. Bryce pointed this out to me and we both feel that he is being shown off for trade bate. He is also making 81,000 dollars per point this year just in case you wondering.
Kyle Korver has obviously made a conscious effort to rebound pulling down 17 rebounds in his past two games.
Brewer is playing his most consistent basketball of the season on both ends of the floor.
We are still feeling the aftershocks of the All-star snub. If you want to see the anklebreaker on Terry in slow motion jump here.
