Call it ugly, call it barely, call it whatever you want, but I'm going to call it a win on the road against a team that has dominated us of late.
According to the AP write up, Deron had a career high in rebounds which is not true, thanks AP for giving the Jazz game your undivided attention. ESPN, YAHOO and FOX SPORTS are all using the same recap. He had 12 dimes so somebody screwed up. This comment sums it up pretty nicely.
the idiot that wrote this article didn't even watch the game - he just misread the stats. williams didn't have 12 rebs. he had 6 with 21 points and 12 assists. pay attention.
So this is what it feels like to have a two guard. Ronnie Brewer you sexy beast 10-14 with 4 steals and only one turnover. Joe Johnson looks so good right now. I would take at this point 40% from Ronnie Brewer on his jump shots because they account for almost half of his attempts (47%). Look at the second blue semi-circle 1-14 from 3-15 feet, not good. I love everything else about Brewer's game except for his jump shot, that just isn't falling and when it does fall (like tonight) you see how much better he or the Jazz could be with a two guard hitting shots.
Here is a breakdown of his shots and his selection.

This does not include foul shots where he he is hitting 61% so far this year. Last year he shot 71% hmmmmm.
Maybe I'm spoiled, Maybe I'm crazy, but name me one NBA champion who's leading scorer was a point guard. Detroit 89,90 maybe, I'll look into that. Since 1980 their have been 7 cities that have won NBA championships and Salt Lake City is obviously not on that list. Sorry just had an epiphany that we are not going to win the title this year or with this core group of guys, what a stomach punch.
Deron has been on the past two games from downtown going 3-5 tonight and 4-4 against the 76ers. Now that he knows he won't get voted onto the all-star team, maybe he has put that frustration into playing or shooting better.
Only three of the nine players that saw time tonight went to the free throw line. I think that is pathetic, or maybe the Peskywolves are so pathetic that they aren't even close enough to their man to foul him when he goes for his shot. That's how it was for Brewer tonight.
Memo seems to be heating up a little bit, I will call him back if he puts up at least 15 points against TTTSNBN and DENVER then we can call him back.
This is only the second win that Utah Jazz have had this year when they take more than twelve three pointers at least in my record books.
Offensive Rebounding- at one point in the first quarter it was comical how easy we were getting the Offensive Boards, even Deron got in on the fun with three OB'S.
The whole Cavs
taken pictures routine is getting a little old and disrespectful in my opinion.
How in the Hell are the Trailblazers still
winning. They don't have a a guy taller than 6'6" on their roster, O wait that's Brandon Roy and he only makes
3.9 Million, incredible.
More on the Jazz @ TTTSNBN later today.
